Colorguard Classes
(Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo)
Color Guard programs are available for girls ages 8-19.
Junior Guard is a beginning level guard (ages 8-11) where the students will learn basic flag choreography using 4' tall flags and other props in addition to learning beginning dance concepts.
Middle Guard is an intermediate level guard (ages 11-14) where the students are ready for the challenge of learning 5′ tall flag and more involved dance skills.
Senior Guard is an advanced level guard (ages 14-19) where students learn how to spin 6′ tall flag along with challenging dance skills.
All guards will perform short routines set to music showing all the skills they’ve learned during each session.
