Concert Advertising
WE WANT TO ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS!
West Michigan Homeschool Fine Arts holds concerts in December and April of each school year. Accumulative attendance at each of these concerts is expected to exceed 2000 people. For each concert, we prepare a program and we want to use this program to give your business valuable exposure. In addition, you will be listed as a sponsor on our newsletter page which is available to our families each week.
We want to use this concert program to give your business valuable exposure. We expect many families will see this program as they watch the concert. Purchasing an ad for our concert shows support for our families and the hard work their children have put into learning to make music and develop their skills. Your support allows us to keep our prices affordable for as many families as possible.
WHO WE ARE
West Michigan Homeschool Fine Arts is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to assist and support families in the musical education of their home educated children. We greatly appreciate your support to help make that happen! We provide over 600 home-educated students the opportunity to learn and develop musical skills through participation in any of 30+ classes, including marching band, concert bands, orchestras,
choirs, and a variety of other musical groups. With the challenges to families this year, we have been blessed to provide a music program to many who have felt the need to teach their children at home during this difficult season.
WHY ARE WE RAISING MONEY?
Proceeds from concert advertising will:
(1) be applied to operating expenses in order keep tuition affordable;
(2) provide instruments and equipment for a well-rounded music program;
(3) provide funds for band trips allowing students to perform in out-of-state locations such as Washington DC , Philadelphia PA or New York.
WHEN ARE THE DEADLINES?
Ads are due by November 16 for the Christmas Concert and by March 21 for the Spring Concert. Late orders may be accepted depending upon availability.
